This was such a letdown. The material felt scratchy and stiff, like they didn’t even try to make it comfortable. I could barely wear it for more than a little while before wanting to take it off. Disappointing and definitely not what I expected.

I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept freezing and wouldn’t accept my card at first. I had to refresh a few times and basically start over, which got really annoying. I also expected clearer instructions on what was wrong or what I should do next. After all that, I didn’t feel very confident using the site and ended up giving up.

"Tracking Was a Mess and I Never Got It"
I waited for weeks while the tracking kept jumping all over the place, and it was really frustrating. Then it suddenly said the package was delivered, but I still never received anything. Such a waste of time

"Photos looked way better than what showed up"
I ordered this because the pictures made it look really nice, but what arrived was different. The color was more dull in person, the fabric looked cheaper, and the fit was kind of awkward compared to how it looked online, lol.

Maybe the photos were edited or taken in perfect lighting, but it felt a little misleading to me. I probably wouldn’t order again if I can’t really trust the product pictures

"Sizing Was All Over the Place"
I ordered three things from seamolly, all in the same size, none of them fit the same. Like, one top was super tight, another one was kind of loose, and the bottoms felt like they were a completely different size altogether. I did check the size chart before ordering too, so yeah, it was frustrating. It’s just hard to know what to buy when the fit changes that much from item to item. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I probably wouldn’t order again. It’s too much hassle for clothes that don’t fit right.

"Really frustrating return process"
I tried to return my order and it was such a hassle. The replies were slow, the steps were confusing, I still never got a clear answer. I don’t see myself buying from them again.

I ordered from seamolly.com because I’d heard decent things and wanted to like them. I usually try to stick with brands once I’ve had a good first impression, so I was hoping this would be one I could come back to.

The main problem was the communication. It took a few days to get a response, and when they did reply, it felt generic, almost like a copy-and-paste message. I had asked a simple question about shipping, but the answer didn’t really clear anything up, so I had to follow up again, which was frustrating.
The website itself was fine and the whole experience wasn’t terrible, but the support side definitely needs work. I’m kind of torn because I wanted to give them a fair shot, but after dealing with slow and unclear replies, I don’t think I’d feel very confident ordering from them again.

"Refund took way too long"
I returned my order the refund process was really frustrating. It’s not even about the return itself — that part happens sometimes. It was the fact that I had to email more than once just to get an update, and even though they did reply, it felt like I was waiting forever to get my own money back. Overall, not a great experience and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I signed up because of the promo, but it never actually worked the way it was supposed to. I kept trying to use it and either the discount didn’t show up or there was some catch that wasn’t clear upfront. it felt like a bait and switch, like the deal was meant to get me in the door, but then I couldn’t actually take advantage of it.

I ordered the blue set, but when it showed up it looked way more green in person. The fit was totally fine and comfortable, so no complaints there. But wow, the color was not what I thought I was getting from the pictures

"Disappointed it didn’t last"
I’m disappointed, honestly. It looked fine at first, but it broke after just a few wears. I was careful with it too, so I really expected it to hold up longer. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely annoying.

I ordered from seamolly.com and wasn’t impressed at all. The package showed up in this super thin bag that was already kind of ripped on one side, and everything inside looked like it had just been shoved in with zero care or protection. For the price, I expected it to arrive looking a lot better than that. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I don’t really trust that they’d do anything helpful based on how careless the shipping already was. I’m not planning to order again if this is how they send things out.

I reached out with a basic request and never heard anything back. It’s really frustrating when all you need is a simple response and customer service just ignores you. Not a great experience.

"Arrived Eventually, But Tracking Could Be Better"
My order did arrive in the end, but the delivery took a bit longer than I was expecting. The tracking also didn’t update very often, so I found myself checking back a lot, which was a little frustrating. Nothing was seriously wrong, and I’m glad the parcel got here, but the timing felt a bit uncertain. Overall, it was okay, just not quite as reliable as I’d hoped

"Exchange process was a Headache"
I tried exchanging something I ordered from Sea Molly it was Way more annoying than it needed to be. It took days just to get a response, and when they finally did reply, the instructions were kind of confusing. By the time I got a clear answer, I felt like I was just going Around in circles. Not worth the stress for me. I probably won’t order again if exchanges are this difficult.

"Cute in photos, kind of a letdown in real life"
I really wanted to like seamolly because the photos make everything look cute, but once you actually look at the designs, a lot of them feel a bit underwhelming. Some of the prints are nice, but others are just way too busy and look a little dated, like someone tried too hard and missed the mark. The cuts are also kind of awkward and not very flattering, so they’re not exactly easy to wear. It’s not the worst thing ever, but the designs feel like they needed a lot more thought instead of just looking cute on a model for a picture
